Welcome to Greatest of All Time Clothing. This website (www.greatestofalltime.co.za) is owned and operated by Greatest of All Time Clothing. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Electronic Communications & Account Creation
By using this website or sending emails to us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
2. Products, Pricing, and Availability
Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our clothing as accurately as possible. However, because computer and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item is ordered but is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to offer an exchange, store credit, or a full refund.
3. Payment Methods
We accept secure online payments. By submitting an order, you warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order total to that method. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been cleared.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk
Delivery: We ship across South Africa using local courier services. Estimated delivery times are guidelines and cannot be strictly guaranteed.
Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery of the parcel to the address specified in your order.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Our return policy is designed to comply fully with Section 56 of the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Change of Mind: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, has all original tags attached, and is in its original packaging.
Defective Items: In the unlikely event that a garment arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@greatestofalltime.co.za so we can arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.
Return Shipping: Unless an item is defective, the customer is responsible for the courier costs associated with returning the item to us.
6. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site—such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and data compilations—is the property of Greatest of All Time Clothing and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Greatest of All Time Clothing will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, our website or the performance of the products purchased from us.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
