Refund and Return Policy

At Greatest of All Time Clothing, we want you to look and feel your best. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we have made the return process quick and easy directly through our online store.
1. The Return Window
You have **14 business days** from the date your order was delivered to log a return or exchange request.
2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit, your items must meet the following criteria:
* The clothing must be **unworn, unwashed, and undamaged**.
* All **original tags and packaging** must be completely intact.
* The item must be free from any scents, makeup stains, or deodorant marks.
> ⚠️ **Non-Returnable Items:** For hygienic reasons, bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, and socks cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

3. How to Log a Return or Exchange
We use an automated self-service system. You do not need to email us to start a return. Instead, follow these steps:
1. Log into your account
Go to www.greatestofalltime.co.za and click on the Account icon (or login page) in the top menu. Log in using the email address you used to place your order.
2. Select your order
In your account dashboard, find the order containing the items you wish to return and click on it.
3. Request return
Click the Request Return button next to the order details. Select the specific items, quantities, and reasons for your return.
4. Choose your resolution
Specify whether you would prefer an exchange (for a different size), store credit, or a refund, then submit your request. Our team will review and approve it within 24 business hours.
4. Shipping & Delivery Costs
* **Change of Mind / Size Exchanges:** The customer is responsible for the courier costs associated with returning the item to us.
* **Defective or Wrong Items:**
If we accidentally sent you the wrong item or a defective garment, Greatest of All Time Clothing will handle the courier pickup and redelivery fees at 100% our expense. Please ensure you upload a photo during the step-3 process above.
5. Processing Your Refund or Exchange
Once your return request is approved on the system and the parcel arrives safely at our facility, we will inspect the items:
* **Exchanges/Store Credit:** Processed immediately after passing inspection.
* **Refunds:** If a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
