Shipping Policy

​Thank you for shopping at Greatest of All Time Clothing. We partner with Bob Go, South Africa’s leading shipping platform, to provide you with fast, reliable, and transparent delivery options straight to your door or a secure local pickup point.  

​1. Order Processing Times

​All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation email.

​You will receive another notification automatically via email or SMS once your order has officially shipped.

​2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

​We offer real-time courier rates calculated directly at checkout via our Bob Go integration. This means your delivery fee is dynamically calculated based on your exact location and the weight of your package.

3. Click & Collect (Smart Lockers & Counters)

​If you prefer not to wait at home for a delivery, you can select the Bob Box Locker or Pargo Counter option at checkout.  

​Once your package arrives at your chosen locker or counter, you will receive an SMS containing a unique collection PIN.

​⚠️ Important: You have 48 hours to collect your parcel from a Bob Box locker and up to 7 days for a Pargo counter before it is returned to our head office.  

​4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

​The moment your order is packed and assigned a courier via Bob Go, you will receive an automated tracking email. This email contains a tracking link so you can monitor your parcel's journey in real-time.  

​If you haven’t received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@greatestofalltime.co.za with your name and order number.

​5. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

​Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot change the shipping destination once the Bob Go waybill has been generated. Greatest of All Time Clothing is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

​Damaged Packages: If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with by the courier, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours at sales@greatestofalltime.co.za so we can lodge a claim with the courier partner.
